A flat fee for any session outside of school hours
At Leatherland Photography, we believe that every child deserves to feel comfortable, seen, and celebrated. That’s why we are proud to offer photography sessions led by a photographer with specialist training in working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Children with SEN require a unique approach, and our training ensures we understand how to create a supportive and nurturing environment during each session. Whether it’s adapting poses, taking extra breaks, or using calming techniques, we tailor our approach to meet your child’s needs.
Our studio is designed to be a sensory-friendly space, with calming colours, gentle lighting, and quiet areas where children can feel at ease. We aim to reduce sensory overload, ensuring a stress-free experience for both children and parents.

We took our little boy for a cake smash, when we arrived he had only just woke up, Georgie gave him time to get use to the environment before starting the shoot, he was unsure at times, which Georgie engaged with him by playing and showing him what he needed to pretending to eat the cake, during this she went down to his level. The photos viewing was soon after which was hard to decide which photos we loved, as they all were great. Thank you again.
Georgie had so much patience with my little boy who was not in a cooperative mood and didn’t force him to do anything he didn’t want to do nor did she rush him she went at his pace and the whole atmosphere was so relaxed and cannot wait to go back for my daughters shoot in September
