Application Form for Mummy and Me model Call sessions. Sessions are FREE, with a £20 deposit required. This deposit will be returned in FULL after the session, so the session is still FREE. One printed image may be included, Ts&Cs apply. Maximum 3 children. Must consent to image usage.Applicants may choose to either guarantee a space by prepaying the deposit when submitting their application, OR wait to be contacted if they are successful. Limited places available.No deposit refunds will be given in the event of cancellation. If a cancellation occurs after booking is secured a £15 cancellation fee is required.
